## Manufacturing
SharpSigma can act as the commercial supplier for custom manufactured parts. Customers begin with a drawing, CAD model, sample, specification or BOM plus quantity and timing when known. SharpSigma reviews applicable revision, material, tolerances, finish, critical characteristics, quantity, inspection/documentation and delivery requirements; quotes the order; coordinates the production route and acceptance evidence; and supplies the finished parts. Manufacturing routes described on the site include CNC machining, sheet metal and fabrication, custom components, tooling and fixtures, prototype, bridge, short-run, low-volume and recurring production. Proprietary technical files should not be submitted through the general website inquiry form; SharpSigma can arrange an NDA and/or appropriate transfer method after initial contact.

## Manufacturing inquiry controls
Manufacturing inquiries should define non-confidential process/material context, quantity or annual demand, timing, critical requirements, inspection/documentation needs and delivery location when known. Proprietary CAD, drawings, BOMs and controlled specifications should not be submitted through the general public form; an NDA and/or controlled transfer method can be requested first.
